This workflow template describes the workflow process of survey plan online order. This diagram suggest two scenarios:
a) softcopy of the purchased item that the customer can download once he provides a payment; b) hardcopy of the purchased item. If hardcopy is the preferred by the customer format, then the supplier will have to print it and prepare it for the customer to collect.
