The Quick Access Toolbar is located after the ribbon tab headers, as shown in the following image:

Fig. 1 - Quick Access Toolbar

It gives you access to the most commonly used commands in MyDraw and can be customized according to your preferences. By default, it contains the following commands: New, Open, Save, Print, Undo, and Redo.

To customize the toolbar, click the down arrow to open the drop-down menu, and then click the “Customize...” command to open the Edit Quick Access Toolbar dialog:

Fig. 2 - Edit Quick Access Toolbar Dialog

As shown in the image above, the dialog contains two lists—one for the Available Commands and one for the Selected Commands, which represent the commands currently in the Quick Access Toolbar. The Available Commands are sorted alphabetically.

To add a command to the Quick Access Toolbar, first select the command in the Available Commands list, then click the Add button to move it to the Selected Commands list.

To remove a command from the Quick Access Toolbar, first select the command in the Selected Commands list, then click the Remove button to move it back to the Available Commands list.

Duplicate commands are not allowed in the Quick Access Toolbar. Therefore, commands that are already in the Selected Commands list are not shown in the Available Commands list.

You can adjust the order of the commands in the Selected Commands list by selecting a command and moving it up or down (reordering it).

The Toolbar Preview at the bottom of the dialog shows the current set of toolbar icons. To apply all changes, click OK.
